Navigating Yoga with Neck, Shoulder and Wrist Pain
Experiencing neck, shoulder, or wrist pain?
The Littleton Yoga Center is offering a workshop focused on Navigating Yoga with Neck, Shoulder and Wrist Pain.
This workshop is a unique opportunity to learn from personal trainer and yoga instructor Roni Antonio, RYT and physical therapist Shawna Jamison, MPT, how to modify your yoga practice to accommodate neck, shoulder, or wrist pain.
Yoga is designed to be therapeutic and is often recommended as an alternative form of exercise to other more vigorous activities. Even so, there are yoga movements and positions that can aggravate the neck, shoulder, and wrist and lead to frustration and ultimately avoiding yoga.
Space is limited.
