Meet Our Yoga InstructoR

Roni
Roni is a 200 E-YRT certified instructor since 2015 and started teaching immediately.
She taught in the fitness field as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer for over 30 years. She found Yoga during her years of weight training by attending a class from her favorite teacher, Jackie, who inspired her to move to the next phase which was teaching Yoga.
Her style is a fitness style vinyasa that moves like a tai chi class. She also teaches
Hatha Yoga classes focusing on flexibility, strength and balance. She believes in helping her students to gain strength no matter what age, and to find their personal power through the dance of yoga in order to carry it out into their lives.
