This option uses oracle cards. Since our brain thinks in images, each image on the card you pick, has a specific meaning to you and the questions you are wanting to ask. This is not a divination. It is a technique to understand the choices you want to clarify, which direction you want to travel, to put your mind at ease or to reveal any negative thoughts or patterns that block your way to manifesting your desires. In fact, you do the reading and I simply guide you there by asking certain relevant questions.

Breath work is purposeful breathing. It has many benefits such as calming the mind, providing more oxygen to the blood, increasing alkalinity in the body for health, etc. This type of breath work is derived from qigong (pronounced chi gung). Which method of breathing used depends upon your purpose: healing, grounding and connecting,  focusing, gathering energy, dispersing energy and much more. Breath work is a great choice for de-stressing the body.

Meditation

Meditating in Nature

Meditation is an amazing practice. There are many styles, such as repeating a mantra, staring at a flame or yantra, focusing on your breath, Yoga Nidra, walking meditations and guided meditations. Guided meditations are my specialty,  and the one I teach. You can choose to be guided to the akashic records, meet your spirit guides, create your future, re-write your past, self-heal, inner child work, and much more. Want answers? Choose this method.
